The coat of arms of Wernegkh is depicted in a variety of designs in Valvasor's armory. The coat of arms indicates that a member of the family was a member of the provincial committee of Carniola. (74) The arms also indicate that the family included a baron who possessed one or more estates in Carniola. (115, 116) The arms also represent a noble family recognized in Styria. (220) |
